At Poonam Rajput Luxury Label, every piece is crafted with precision and care to meet the highest standards of design and quality. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item, and we’re here to make the process smooth and transparent.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted only for size issues or manufacturing defects.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Requests for exchange must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care team via email or WhatsApp.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Customized, altered, or made-to-measure pieces.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or stains after delivery.
Exchange Process

Initiate Request – Share your order details, reason for exchange, and product images with our team.

Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

Dispatch Back to Us – Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our studio.

Replacement Dispatch – After quality checks, your replacement piece will be shipped within 7-10 working days.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are available.
If the requested replacement size/design is unavailable, store credit valid for 6 months will be issued.
International orders are not eligible for exchange due to cross-border logistics.
